Eligibility Tools provided by Qualifi Solutions Limited for MoneySavingExpert 

 

Unsecured lending products 

Qualifi Solutions processes Credit Reference Agency (CRA) data combined with your application data supplied to MoneySavingExpert on behalf of some lenders in their credit cards and loans eligibility journeys.

What is a CRA
A CRA is a company that collects personal information from various sources and provides that personal information for variety of uses (including to prospective lenders for the purposes of making credit decisions). 

How we and the CRAs will use your information is detailed in the section of the terms and conditions called ‘Use of Personal Information’. By clicking ‘Get results’ (on the MoneySavingExpert credit card or loan submission form) you are confirming that we may each use your information in this way.  

   

Use of Personal Information
Qualifi will use CRA’s to provide us with publicly held data, including the electoral roll and shared credit performance data. If you have a financial associate their data may also be provided to us by the CRA.
 

Unsecured loans 

We will apply rules provided to us by lenders to indicate to them whether there is a possibility that they will provide products to you.  

In these instances, Qualifi Solutions is provided with a subset of lenders’ credit scorecards to enable it to confirm to the Lenders whether they need to do a full assessment of your credit profile with a further soft search of your credit file to determine whether they may offer you credit. 

 

The CRA Qualifi Solutions works with is Equifax
